Senior Solutions Consultant, Solutions Architect – Food ERP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• You are among the most knowledgeable individuals in the room, possessing top-tier expertise across various functional domains of inecta Food.

• Define and design comprehensive solutions utilizing all capabilities of inecta Food.

• Lead personalized and engaging product demonstrations that effectively communicate the vision of what inecta can offer to prospects.

• Facilitate on-site (and virtual) requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders.

• Conduct thorough gap analyses and create clear “as-is / to-be” process documentation.

• Identify opportunities for product enhancements that arise from presales discovery, gap analysis, and ongoing client delivery.

• Test and document according to inecta standards, ensuring that modifications align with client needs and product expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise across multiple core functional areas of inecta Food — such as accounting, warehouse, and/or manufacturing — with a robust, comprehensive understanding of inecta Food and/or Microsoft Dynamics Business Central / Navision, as well as how solutions are designed and structured across these areas.

• Extensive consulting experience, including a significant role in at least 5 successful ERP implementations — preferably as project lead or lead consultant on Business Central, Navision, or inecta Food.

• Proven experience in the presales cycle, including customized product demonstrations, solution presentations, and handling objections.

• Demonstrated capability to conduct structured on-site discovery sessions, document current processes, identify gaps between client requirements and available solutions, and generate clear, actionable recommendations.

• Experience in writing user stories, functional specifications, or requirements documents for software development teams.

• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 25%. Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a valid passport.

• Strong general technical literacy, including proficiency in Excel and an understanding of database operations.

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar agile project management tools is highly preferred.
