• Over 5 years of presales experience

• Experience in Traditional Solutions Consulting

• Skills in Designing and Executing Customer Pilots

• Proficiency in Business Value Literacy

• Knowledge of AI technologies

• Expertise in CCaaS, Customer Service Software, ITSM, Business Intelligence, Workforce Management, or Integration and Middleware

• Strong Analytical and Storytelling Skills

• Exceptional Interpersonal, Communication, Presentation, and Writing Abilities

• Familiarity with FSLED Compliance Requirements
