Senior Solutions Consultant, International META, APAC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Act as a technical liaison and trusted advisor for strategic Cofense clients located in the META, APAC, and European regions.

• Build relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts to grasp their business and security objectives, aiding Cofense teams with customer onboarding and the implementation of Cofense solutions.

• Oversee activities among Cofense Sales, Support, Implementation, and Product Management teams to guarantee high customer satisfaction levels.

• Leverage established relationships to pinpoint opportunities for increasing Cofense revenue through enhanced product adoption.

• Possess a strong technical understanding of Cofense solutions.

• Assist sales and customer success teams by providing technical pre-sales support, conducting solution demonstrations, proof of concepts, and health checks.

• Aid in completing technical sales documentation, including Security Questionnaires, RFIs, and RFPs.

• Contribute to developing best practices for implementing and realizing the value of Cofense solutions.

• Ensure that international implementations adhere to Cofense best practices and that customer value is achieved.

• Record all customer interactions in the Cofense CRM system.

• Willingness to travel throughout the META, APAC, and European regions as required.

• Provide architectural and network support for the implementation of Cofense products to the Solutions Consulting Team.

• Mentor the Solutions Consulting team from a technical perspective.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred in fields such as Mathematics, Computer Science, or Information Technology.

• Over 5 years of direct, hands-on advanced technical experience in computer security and Windows & Linux enterprise infrastructures.

• More than 3 years of experience supporting customers in Technical Account Management, Pre-Sales, Consulting, or a similar role.

• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tracking tools.

• Technical experience in systems or network security engineering within a consulting environment is preferred.

• IT Security & Networking certifications are beneficial.
