This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Interact with healthcare clients across various levels (including Solution Architects, VPs, IT Directors, and Technical Administrators) to cultivate relationships, promote Omnissa solutions, and offer domain expertise to aid in business closure.
• Engage in pre-sales activities such as technical sales presentations, discussions on architecture design, competitive displacement, proof-of-concept initiatives, RFP/RFI responses, solution showcases, and technical workshops.
• Evaluate customers' business and technology goals by asking insightful questions that resonate with them, gathering information that empowers the sales team to respond effectively to customer needs.
• Design and propose tailored solutions that set Omnissa software and services apart, aligning with customer requirements and objectives.
• Acquire comprehensive technical knowledge of Omnissa along with domain expertise within the relevant technology area.
• Take on the role of an advisory team leader, coordinating a group of domain specialists, collaborating on challenges and solutions while gathering insights on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
• A minimum of 4 years in Technical pre-sales and/or consulting roles or comparable industry experience.
• Familiarity with server administration and configuration (e.g., Windows Web Server, Active Directory, and cloud directory services like Okta and Entra ID).
• Solid understanding of Enterprise Architecture and Design.
• Excellent presentation abilities along with the capacity to create and deliver high-quality product demonstrations to both technical and executive audiences.
• Strong skills in listening, reasoning, and handling objections.
• Capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills and exceptional time management.
• Experience in the healthcare industry - including EMRs, Security, Administration, and End User Computing.
• Willingness to travel flexibly, up to 50% of the time.
• Robust background in Desktop Virtualization: VMware vSphere, Omnissa Horizon, Citrix, and Microsoft RDS.
• Proven experience working with mobile technologies such as AirWatch, MobileIron, Microsoft, and/or Citrix.
• Experience in configuring and deploying mobile device platforms.
• Familiarity with Identity Access Management systems.
• Experience with Microsoft desktop operating system deployment, configuration, and management.
• Proficient in Windows Enterprise Administration.
