This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the Payroll Sales team to design and implement go-to-market strategies that enhance adoption and increase market share for Remote’s Global Payroll solution.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Global Payroll services, keeping updated on Remote product features and industry trends to offer clients and internal stakeholders strategic guidance and best practices.
• Articulate the benefits of Remote’s Global Payroll offering through tailored demonstrations, proposals, and presentations that meet client needs.
• Work alongside key internal stakeholders to create and improve sales materials, solution playbooks, and objection handling tools that cater to the Global Payroll buyer journey.
• Identify and interpret essential client business requirements into a clear and actionable scope of work for transition to the Implementation team.
• Assist in educating the Solutions Consulting and Sales teams about the technical aspects, services, and value proposition of the Global Payroll solution to enhance sales effectiveness with potential clients.
• Supply insightful, market-focused feedback to our Product teams to ensure our Global Payroll solutions meet customer needs and are in line with industry developments.
• Comprehensive understanding of payroll service models, including multi-country and multi-state payroll processing, compliance requirements, tax filings, wage and hour regulations, and employee onboarding/offboarding.
• Proven experience in consulting on global payroll processes, demonstrating the ability to apply consultative techniques to identify client needs, nurture strong relationships, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Strong sales acumen with a robust understanding of sales processes and cycles, preferably in a SaaS or tech-enabled service context.
• Exceptional storytelling and communication abilities—you can clarify and convey complex payroll concepts in a manner that resonates with both HR and executive audiences.
• Strong technical skills with the capability to quickly learn, demonstrate, and analyze software solutions.
• A collaborative team player who can work cross-functionally and foster cooperation in a distributed team setting.
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• Ideally, a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Professional certifications such as FPC, CPP, or pertinent HR/payroll qualifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are highly advantageous.
• Knowledge or familiarity with competitive payroll products and the payroll industry landscape is regarded as a strong asset.
• Familiarity with PEO service models is also considered a valuable benefit.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Previous remote working experience is not mandatory but considered a plus.
