This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Collaborate with the Payroll Sales team to design and implement go-to-market strategies that enhance adoption and increase market share for Remote’s Global Payroll solution.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Global Payroll services, remaining informed about Remote product features and industry advancements to offer clients and internal stakeholders strategic, best practice advice.
• Articulate the value of Remote’s Global Payroll offering through tailored demonstrations, proposals, and presentations that meet client needs.
• Work alongside key internal stakeholders to create and improve sales materials, solution playbooks, and tools for handling objections specific to the Global Payroll buyer journey.
• Recognize and translate crucial client business requirements into a clear, actionable scope of work for the Implementation team.
• Assist in educating the Solutions Consulting and Sales teams on the technical aspects, services, and value proposition of the Global Payroll solution to facilitate more effective sales cycles with potential clients.
• Provide insightful, market-driven feedback to our Product teams to ensure that our Global Payroll solutions effectively cater to customer needs and align with industry trends.
• Profound understanding of payroll service models, including multi-country and multi-state payroll processing, compliance mandates, tax filings, wage and hour regulations, and employee onboarding/offboarding.
• Proven experience in consulting on global payroll processes, showcasing an ability to employ consultative techniques to identify client needs, build strong relationships, and offer strategic recommendations.
• Strong sales acumen with a solid grasp of sales processes and cycles, preferably in a SaaS or tech-enabled service environment.
• Exceptional storytelling and communication skills—you can simplify and communicate complex payroll concepts in a manner that resonates with both HR and executive audiences.
• Strong technical capabilities with the ability to quickly learn, demonstrate, and analyze software solutions.
• A team player who can work cross-functionally and foster collaboration in a distributed team setting.
• Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Ideally, at least 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Professional certifications such as FPC, CPP, or other relevant HR/payroll credentials (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with competitive payroll products and the payroll industry landscape is considered a significant advantage.
• Knowledge or familiarity with PEO service models is also regarded as a strong plus.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• While experience working remotely is not mandatory, it is considered beneficial.
