Senior Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive discovery and technical strategy for intricate enterprise opportunities.

• Formulate deal strategies and technical win plans in collaboration with Account Executives.

• Create solution architectures that seamlessly integrate Zeta with enterprise ecosystems (CRM, data platforms, identity, analytics).

• Deliver customized demonstrations that align with executive priorities and purchasing criteria.

• Navigate complex buying committees across marketing, IT, analytics, security, and procurement sectors.

• Act as a primary contributor on RFP/RFI submissions with distinctive positioning.

• Collaborate with Value Consulting to ensure solutions align with measurable business outcomes and ROI.

• Guide Solutions Consultants through mentoring, shadowing, and structured feedback.

• Create reusable demo materials, playbooks, and solution briefs to enhance team uniformity.

• Offer actionable field insights to Product and GTM teams based on learnings from enterprise deals.

• Serve as a primary contributor on RFP/RFI responses with differentiated positioning.

• Partner with Value Consulting to align solutions with measurable business outcomes and ROI.

• Mentor Solutions Consultants through coaching, shadowing, and structured feedback.

• Develop reusable demo assets, playbooks, and solution briefs to enhance team consistency.

• Provide actionable field feedback to Product and GTM teams based on insights from enterprise deal learnings.
