This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assist in implementing strategic initiatives that align our solutions with key industry trends, including but not limited to IA, Agents, AI (especially the role of Gen AI in the Future of Work), BPM, blockchain, Edge and Cloud, as well as integrating human and digital workforces.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with Sales and Go-To-Market teams to support market strategies and sales processes, contribute to marketing campaigns, and create regional thought leadership initiatives, which may include engaging with the press and presenting at industry conferences.
• Collaborate with SS&C Blue Prism’s Corporate and Product Marketing teams to ensure our messaging aligns with priorities informed by insights from UKI customer executives.
• Serve as an executive sponsor for key customers in the UKI region, fostering strategic partnerships and sharing SS&C Blue Prism’s product vision, implementation methodology, innovation roadmap, and industry expertise.
• Create innovative, comprehensive designs and solutions that align with our clients' transformation strategies and architectural standards.
• Enhance customer scale through strategic engagements that promote the adoption of SS&C Blue Prism’s products, services, and best practices.
• Distill and elevate key product priorities from our UKI customers, focusing on achieving enterprise scale and influencing our global product roadmap accordingly.
• Support sales enablement initiatives by shaping how sales teams convey the product vision and IA thought leadership.
• Impact our Partnering strategy to ensure the development of strong regional technology and delivery partnerships that enhance our product capabilities.
• Actively participate in Intelligent Automation communities and relevant networks within the region.
• A strong enthusiasm for Agents and AI Technologies, and an understanding of how they can be leveraged through SS&C Blue Prism.
• A collaborative approach when working with colleagues, partners, and customers.
• An imaginative and investigative mindset, with a thorough, methodical, and research-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both in written and verbal forms.
• Significant experience in Pre-Sales and/or Solution Consulting roles, alongside the development of direct and indirect channel strategies.
• A proven history of being a top-performing individual contributor.
• A confident individual who can defend and communicate business imperatives from a strategic perspective.
• Demonstrated capacity to learn new technologies and product functionalities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic and complex environment.
• A solid commercial acumen, understanding sales discipline, qualification principles, sales processes, and methodologies.
• A proven track record in Enterprise software sales to major corporations.
• Relevant sales experience in collaborating with and through global Systems Integrators.
• A deep appreciation for Enterprise software values and the associated buyer behavior.
