This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• Serve as an integral member of the account team for your assigned territory, engaging directly with prospects and clients throughout the sales process as a trusted advisor.
• Conduct discovery sessions to gain insights into client objectives, challenges, and desired outcomes in areas such as marketing, social media, customer care, and customer experience (CX).
• Identify potential business opportunities among customer prospects.
• Create and present customized solutions utilizing Sprinklr’s platform.
• Lead workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and proof-of-concept initiatives to showcase solution compatibility and strategic benefits.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging demonstrations, develop solution architectures, and align efforts with favorable business results.
• Proven experience as a Solutions Consultant or Sales Engineer within a SaaS organization, particularly with Enterprise clients.
• A strategic thinker with a background in marketing technology, customer experience, or digital transformation consulting.
• Knowledgeable about platforms such as CRM, Marketing Automation, Social Media Management, Business Intelligence, and CCaaS.
• Adept at interacting with stakeholders from C-suite executives to practitioners, possessing strong storytelling and presentation skills.
• A thought leader with a history of publishing, speaking, or contributing to discussions within the industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in a solutions consulting or sales engineering capacity.
