This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead technical and business exploration to identify challenges, success indicators, and purchasing criteria.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on complex deals by sharing ownership of deal strategies.
• Develop and execute proof-of-concept trials to confirm business impact at an early stage.
• Interact with technical stakeholders to create scalable and secure integration solutions.
• Act as the customer's advocate, providing insights for optimizing go-to-market solutions.
• Co-develop strategies that promote user adoption and facilitate process transformation.
• Mentor colleagues on discovery processes, demonstrations, and technical as well as solution strategies.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in presales roles (Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Technical Success).
• At least 4 years of proven experience in selling to Enterprise-level accounts.
• Demonstrated capability to lead technical solution validation with a customer-centric, consultative approach.
• Familiarity with integration-intensive customer journeys within the sales technology stack ecosystem.
• Proficient in REST APIs, CRMs, data pipelines, and sales/marketing automation platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills at the executive level.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Customer Onboarding, Success, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams.
• A demonstrated history of taking significant ownership, particularly in leveraging AI technology.
