This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ You will collaborate with Sales Executives during calls with potential clients evaluating Oyster and with existing customers who are experiencing rapid growth. Your role will involve steering the technical discussions β detailing cost breakdowns across more than 10 countries, clarifying employment processes in various jurisdictions, comparing benefits packages, and formulating implementation readiness plans that outline the necessary steps for a smooth transition.
β’ You will develop templates, automations, and AI-driven tools that empower the broader sales team to independently manage technical validations for smaller deals (e.g., automated benefits comparisons, country-specific resources, risk calculators, value presentations, and champion decks).
β’ For larger transactions, you will create business case documents, assess whether the appropriate stakeholders are engaged through implementation readiness plans, and assist the sales team in navigating competitive scenarios with well-prepared positioning strategies.
β’ You will facilitate product feedback loops, provide enablement for the sales team, and identify trends from large deals.
β’ Your role will involve utilizing data to drive enhancements, equipping the rest of the team with information on changes, and working to influence cross-functional projects from the strategic roadmap.
β’ Customer-facing/Consultative: Ability to guide customer conversations on intricate topics (compliance, payroll, tax, employment law) and simplify them for the audience.
β’ Strong project management skills: Capable of scoping and planning a multi-country project β validating requirements with stakeholders, identifying risks, and preparing a clear brief for the team responsible for implementation.
β’ Comfort with Automation & AI: Proficient in using AI tools and automation to enhance your productivity, with a proven ability to explain previous experiences in this area.
β’ Remote work skills: Able to work independently in a remote-first, asynchronous environment across multiple time zones.
β’ A genuine curiosity about global employment, HR, and payroll β even if you are still expanding your knowledge in these areas.
β’ BONUS - Familiarity with HR and Payroll concepts (such as probation periods, termination types, time off, taxes, contributions).
