Senior Solutions Architect – Pre-Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create strategic technical roadmaps and implementation strategies for generative and agentic AI solutions that align with customer business goals and current OT/IT architecture.

• Design and execute AI architectures that coordinate workflows across both enterprise and industrial systems.

• Utilize Avathon’s Computational Knowledge Graph, Model Hub, Agent Foundry, and Visual AI capabilities.

• Integrate AI solutions with GCP, AWS, Oracle, SCADA, OPC-UA/DA, MQTT, historians, and the existing OT/IT systems of customers.

• Provide advice to senior technical and executive stakeholders regarding architectural trade-offs, risks, and long-term AI strategies.

• Simplify complex technical concepts into business language and showcase value.

• Mentor engineers and account teams deployed in the field.

• Spearhead thought leadership initiatives, representation at industry events, demonstrations, technical blogs, whitepapers, and reference architectures.

• Remain updated on advancements in generative AI, agentic AI, and hyperscaler technologies.

• Establish and execute AI evaluation frameworks that address model benchmarking, output quality, and AIOps operational monitoring.

• Collaborate with account teams, forward-deployed engineering, and product teams throughout the sales lifecycle to deliver AI solutions suitable for production.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in design, implementation, or consulting for enterprise SaaS applications.

• More than 5 years of experience in software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, data/analytics, AI infrastructure, or security.

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in roles that involve customer interaction.

• A certification or proven experience in Data Science or Machine Learning.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong listening and documentation skills.

• Proven leadership in coordinating and driving cross-functional initiatives.

• Willingness to travel 20% of the time or as business needs dictate.

• Experience with industrial data such as SCADA, OPC-UA, MQTT, and historians, or in industrial enterprise environments is preferred.

• Familiarity with computer vision, vision-based AI modeling, or multi-modal systems is a plus.
