Senior Pre-Sales Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the Technical Win

• Convert customer challenges into a transformation blueprint focused on 10/20/70 (Technology/Data/Processes)

• Collaborate with CX Solution Architecture or Process and BPO Consulting

• Set up AI-powered Proofs of Value

• Coordinate APIs and integrate legacy systems, CRMs, and ERPs

• Lead executive workshops and Design Sprints

• Create and present impactful, narrative-driven storytelling

• Engage in customer meetings, with a willingness to travel occasionally

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed bachelor's degree (an MBA or postgraduate degree is an advantage)

• Demonstrated experience in information security

• Proficient in advanced/fluent English

• Spanish language skills are a plus for meetings

• Extensive experience in CX Solution Architecture or Process and BPO Consulting

• Familiarity with cloud technologies: AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure

• In-depth understanding of AI Prompt Engineering

• Knowledge of Conversational AI tools, including Twilio and ElevenLabs

• Familiarity with telecommunications, chatbots, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Zendesk

• Expertise in Design Thinking and Service Blueprinting for AI-first customer journeys

• Capability to configure AI-powered Proofs of Value

• Experience in orchestrating APIs

• Background in integrating legacy systems, CRMs, and ERPs

• Proven experience in facilitating executive workshops and Design Sprints

• Strong skills in impact-driven storytelling
