This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage with the Go-To-Market team dedicated to the Partnerships business unit, concentrating on 0-to-1 market opportunities, particularly in expanding automotive lending.
• Act as a consultative product authority assisting clients in realizing business value.
• Collaborate with Account Teams, Product, Engineering, and Data Science throughout the customer journey.
• Provide support during both pre-sales and post-sales phases, with an emphasis on pre-sales and working alongside Account Executives on emerging-market opportunities.
• Manage the technology and product components of strategic partnerships, including partner integrations and implementations for end customers.
• Develop a technical and strategic comprehension of implementation operations and familiarize yourself with Nova Credit’s go-to-market strategy.
• Conduct client meetings.
• Enhance the technical aspects of pre-sales enterprise deals and post-sales strategic implementations.
• Influence customers’ technical integration choices to optimize business value.
• Create collateral, define the technical approach, and establish the sales strategy for a developing product and market.
• Secure and launch enterprise clients.
• Assist in establishing the automotive market opportunity.
• Expand the Solutions Architect function through foundational processes and content.
• Work together with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to prioritize roadmap features that alleviate critical account challenges.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer-facing pre- or post-sales roles, with a preference for pre-sales experience, ideally within financial services, credit, or a related sector.
• Familiarity with 0-to-1 go-to-market strategies.
• A builder's mindset and the ability to excel in ambiguous situations.
• Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration with business, engineering, and Data Science teams.
• Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, and a scripting language like Python; capability to read code and perform minor edits.
• Experience with UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe, or Paper.
• Proven track record in Enterprise IT solutions and their implementations.
• Experience in managing multi-party integration partnerships.
• Knowledge of channel partner ecosystems, balancing the needs of Nova, partners, lenders, dealers, and consumers.
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, motivation, and coachability.
• Familiarity with indirect dealer-financed lending and dealer platforms such as RouteOne or Dealertrack is an added advantage.
