Senior Solutions Architect, Networking – Public Sector

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with NVIDIA Partners and OEMs within the Public Sector on extensive data center networking system implementations.

• Facilitate discussions with customers regarding network architecture, compute/storage solutions, and assist with the initiation of server/network/cluster deployments.

• Serve as the primary technical advocate for customers throughout the design, development, construction, integration, and production phases of networking infrastructure and applications during the entire customer lifecycle.

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers by conducting regular technical meetings focused on product roadmaps, debugging cluster issues, discussing features, and introducing new technological solutions.

• Collaborate with other Solutions Architects, Account Managers, Engineering teams, Product personnel, and business leaders to synchronize strategies, evaluate technical requirements, and secure business opportunities for NVIDIA.

• Diagnose and resolve compute/network configuration and performance challenges to ensure optimal cluster performance.

• Create and present technical content to customers, including presentations, workshops, reference architectures, tutorials, and publications.

• Inform C-Suite decision-makers about the advantages of AI and improved computing performance.

• Manage communications between customers and NVIDIA Management.

• Provide valuable feedback to engineering and product teams concerning product requirements, customer experiences, documentation, and tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

• Over 6 years of experience in Solution Engineering (or similar fields such as Sales Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or Solution Architecture), including direct engagement with partners and customers.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with customers.

• Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in High-Performance Computing or Networking.

• Strong critical thinking abilities, along with the capacity to effectively communicate vision (both written and verbal) and engage in cross-functional teamwork.
