Senior Solutions Architect, Modern Platforms

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development of the Modern Platforms EUC Strategy.

• Collaborate with clients to create statements of work, Bill of Materials (BOMs), or presentations.

• Participate in customer meetings and present to personnel ranging from Helpdesk staff to C-Level executives.

• Gather both business and technical requirements.

• Facilitate discussions on whiteboards and deliver technical presentations.

• Aid in proof-of-concept initiatives and generate Bill of Materials (BOMs).

• Create and present proposals.

• Offer daily work guidance to the solutions architect team.

• Act as the primary escalation point for solutions architects and clients.

• Provide regular status updates to engineering managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience with Citrix products.

• General knowledge of and ability to discuss major EUC products and solutions, primarily Microsoft AVD, Omnissa/Horizon/WorkspaceOne, and AWS Workspaces/AppStream.

• Previous experience in consulting and presales roles.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Strong commitment to adherence to SLAs and customer satisfaction.

• Excellent skills in documentation and standardization.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, including military experience.

• More than 7 years of experience in delivery and architecture within the Citrix and EUC ecosystem.
