Senior Solutions Architect, Modern Platforms

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborating with the sales and technical teams while participating in customer meetings;

• Gathering business and technical requirements;

• Facilitating whiteboard discussions;

• Presenting technical information and showcasing product demonstrations;

• Assisting with proof-of-concept initiatives and preparing Bills of Materials (BOMs);

• Crafting and delivering proposals while achieving related results as necessary;

• Supporting the Consulting Engineer team in project execution;

• Capable of working independently within a team setting to advance business objectives;

• Providing daily guidance to the solutions architect vertical;

• Acting as the main escalation point for both solutions architects and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience with Citrix Products, with a primary emphasis on Citrix Solutions supporting Sales in a Presales capacity;

• Broad knowledge and the ability to discuss major EUC Products and solutions, specifically MSFT AVD, Omnissa/Horizon/WorkspaceOne, and AWS Workspaces/AppStream;

• Prior experience in consulting and presales roles;

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential;

• Strong commitment to SLA adherence and customer satisfaction;

• Outstanding documentation and standardization skills.
