
Senior Solutions Architect, Media and Broadcasting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive AI and media solutions tailored for broadcasting and sports applications.
• Create multi-agent systems, execute long-term reasoning, planning, tool-utilization solutions, and develop high-performance RAG pipelines across diverse media assets.
• Serve as a practical technical advisor and subject matter expert throughout both pre-sales and post-sales phases.
• Collaborate with customer AI researchers, engineers, and developers to prototype and launch solutions on NVIDIA platforms.
• Enhance performance and manage total cost of ownership utilizing NVIDIA’s AI and media technology stack.
• Develop proofs of concept, reference architectures, and reusable production templates.
• Fine-tune open-source models to fulfill specific requirements.
• Collaborate with NVIDIA’s engineering, product, and sales teams to achieve build successes.
• Convert customer insights into product enhancements and roadmap direction.
• Amplify global expertise through technical documentation, workshops, and developer communities.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, AI/ML, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Over 8 years of experience in the broadcasting and/or telecommunications CDN sector.
• Proficient in transitioning from SDI to IP.
• In-depth knowledge of media-over-IP technologies including SMPTE 2110, SRT, and RIST.
• Familiarity with broadcast control technologies such as NMOS and LAWO VSM.
• Understanding of audio and video formats and codecs.
• Practical experience with CUDA, Python, or C++.
• Knowledge of AI models for enhancing audio and video.
• Demonstrated experience in deploying containerized AI/ML, GPU-accelerated, distributed workloads.
• Experience with at least one public cloud platform.
• AWS experience including EKS, SageMaker, EC2 GPU instances, Lambda, VPC, IAM, S3, NLB/load balancing and proxies, CloudWatch Logs, and Kinesis.
• Understanding of Ansible and/or Terraform.
• Comprehension of IP-based networking, including multicast functionalities and applications in media and telecommunications networks.
• Production experience with Kubernetes, encompassing deployments, services, ingress, storage, networking, RBAC, secrets, resource management, autoscaling, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Docker, Helm, kubectl, Git, CI/CD, and shell scripting.
• Exposure to REST APIs, gRPC, and Streaming APIs.
• Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or higher, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect.
• Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD).
• Practical experience with timing technologies such as PTP.
• Knowledge of NVIDIA SDKs and accelerated computing for vision, including Rivermax, DeepStream, NVENC, and NVDEC.
