Senior Solutions Architect – First Time Deployment Networking Spectrum-X

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist with networking technologies such as Spectrum-X and collaborate with clients on their technical challenges and requirements during pre-sales engagements.

• Create proof-of-concept materials for cutting-edge technologies intended for early adopters.

• Build trust with customers to comprehend their needs, aiding in the design and deployment of advanced NVIDIA networking platforms for AI and HPC workloads.

• Resolve complex and prominent customer issues.

• Collaborate closely with R&D teams to create new features tailored for customers.

• Contribute to product requirements alongside engineering and product marketing teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in computer software.

• Proficient in Linux kernel, Ethernet, and IP protocols.

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).

• Extensive expertise and experience in troubleshooting issues related to Ethernet Switches/Routers and network protocols across L2 to L4 layers.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

• Capability to work collaboratively and a willingness to engage directly with customers.
