This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Oversee hands-on analysis, optimization, and performance tuning of intricate GPU-accelerated systems and AI workloads, ensuring optimal availability and efficiency within customer data centers.
• Act as a senior technical expert on NVIDIA technologies, participating in architecture reviews and influencing infrastructure decisions at scale.
• Develop and enhance monitoring and optimization practices utilizing analytics, telemetry, and automation to identify bottlenecks and strengthen infrastructure resiliency.
• Participate in post-deployment reviews, incident retrospectives, and sessions aimed at enhancing the customer experience and providing insights into NVIDIA’s infrastructure strategy.
• Lead and manage complex technical projects from initial design through to implementation and ongoing improvement, ensuring compliance with SLAs and the mitigation of technical risks.
• Foster business growth by pinpointing AI infrastructure opportunities within cloud and enterprise environments and spearheading technical initiatives that demonstrate NVIDIA’s leadership in this domain.
• Over 10 years of experience in large-scale data center service operations with a focus on infrastructure.
• BS/MS/PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a knack for identifying root causes, driving continuous improvement, and delivering robust technical solutions.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills, capable of leading complex projects and guiding technical teams.
• Preferred certifications in data center, server, or networking technologies, along with a willingness to travel up to 25% for customer engagements and team collaboration.
• Proficient in system-level aspects, including Operating Systems, Linux kernel drivers, GPUs, NICs, and hardware architecture.
• Demonstrated expertise in cloud orchestration software and job schedulers, encompassing platforms like Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, and HPC-specific schedulers such as Slurm.
• Familiarity with cloud-native technologies and their integration with traditional infrastructure is essential.
