Senior Solutions Architect, Commercial

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Account Executives during the sales process to identify new opportunities, conduct technical assessments, and enhance usage among current customers.

• Facilitate technical discussions with developers, architects, and engineering leaders to grasp their systems, limitations, and business goals.

• Develop customized demonstrations and proof-of-concept projects that illustrate how Temporal addresses specific customer challenges, including the orchestration of AI and agentic workloads.

• Conduct enablement sessions that assist customer engineering teams in effectively adopting Temporal.

• Produce reusable technical resources that expedite deals and amplify the team's influence.

• Support the Commercial Sales team by educating Account Executives on Temporal fundamentals, common patterns, and opportunity qualification.

• Oversee multiple prospects and customers concurrently, effectively prioritizing urgent requests and strategic initiatives in a dynamic environment.

• Work in conjunction with Product, Engineering, and Developer Success teams to gather field insights that shape the product roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong development experience with practical coding skills in at least one contemporary language (Go, Java, TypeScript, or Python).

• Comprehensive knowledge of distributed systems, including reliability, observability, and fault tolerance.

• Demonstrated experience in a pre-sales, customer-facing engineering, or solutions architecture position dealing with technical buyers.

• Outstanding time management and prioritization abilities, thriving in high-volume settings.

• Passion for AI/ML technologies and a strong desire to explore new applications in agentic workflows and LLM orchestration.

• Excellent technical communication skills, capable of leading discussions with senior engineers while simplifying complex concepts for varied audiences.

• Ability to create order in unstructured situations.
