Senior Solutions Architect – Central, Professional Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Lead the technical implementation and promote the adoption of Chainguard images within customer organizations.

• Collaborate with account teams to grasp customer vision, identify pain points, and propose solutions.

• Drive strategies at the account level, focusing on value realization, retention, and growth.

• Serve as “customer zero” by testing and documenting Chainguard Images.

• Guarantee a seamless onboarding experience for customers.

• Work in partnership with Product and Engineering to communicate customer requirements and prioritize image development.

• Maintain architecture at the account level.

• Share best practices and insights across the organization.

• Collaborate with, teach, and learn from the Chainguard team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4+ years of experience in a post-sales role supporting clients.

• Over 8 years of experience in developing high-performance multi-tier applications.

• Strong expertise in Kubernetes and containers.

• Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both engineers and executives.

• A strong intellectual drive and a desire to create solutions for complex problems.

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.

• Extensive experience with software development processes, practices, and software engineering design principles.

• Capability to work efficiently with cross-functional engineering teams and business partners.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.

• Must be located in the Central Time Zone.
