Senior Client Solutions Manager, Performance Advertising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with advertisers and agencies to grasp their business objectives, campaign aims, and growth priorities.

• Formulate performance strategies and optimization suggestions centered on customer acquisition, lead generation, app installations, and ROAS.

• Track campaign performance and deliver data-driven insights that enhance advertiser results and long-term success.

• Conduct regular business evaluations, performance consultations, and strategic planning meetings with clients.

• Partner with Ad Operations teams to ensure effective campaign launches, delivery, optimization, and reporting.

• Examine campaign performance, audience behavior, attribution data, and inventory usage to pinpoint growth opportunities.

• Resolve performance, tracking, and attribution issues while coordinating solutions among internal stakeholders.

• Assist in forecasting, campaign planning, and measurement strategies.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Ad Operations teams to champion client needs and enhance advertiser experience.


⛳️ Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in Client Solutions, Technical Account Management, Customer Success, Performance Marketing, Ad Operations, Account Management, or AdTech.

• Strong comprehension of performance advertising, user acquisition, attribution, conversion tracking, and programmatic advertising.

• Experience with DSPs, ad platforms, mobile measurement partners (MMPs), or performance marketing technologies.

• Excellent analytical abilities with the capability to convert campaign data into actionable business recommendations.

• Outstanding communication and relationship management skills, with experience supporting both external clients and internal stakeholders.
