Senior Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take the lead in organizing and implementing all technical activities during the customer pre-sales engagement, including customer meetings, presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts.

• Independently evaluate technical needs, requirements, and the customer’s existing infrastructure, operations, and workflows.

• Acquire an in-depth understanding of the customer’s workflows and HPC environments to deliver a customized solution with a distinct value proposition.

• Collaborate with customers to define and implement their digital transformation strategy for migrating workloads from on-premises to the cloud.

• Effectively articulate and present Rescale solutions at conferences, user groups, webinars, and other venues.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

• Passionate about delivering exceptional experiences and solutions to customers.

• Thrive on tackling challenging problems and are committed to finding optimal solutions.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical role related to software, hardware, or cloud.

• Proficient in presenting complex technical topics in an easily understandable way.

• Willingness to travel periodically is necessary.

• Must be a US Person due to projects related to export controls.
