Senior Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with clients to grasp their business goals and technical needs.

• Facilitate discovery sessions and convert intricate client challenges into scalable, production-ready Data & AI architectures.

• Act as the main technical advisor during client engagements.

• Suggest architecture, tools, implementation strategies, and technical trade-offs.

• Create architecture diagrams, design documentation, implementation plans, and technical standards.

• Oversee enterprise Data & AI solution delivery from architecture to production deployment.

• Guide engineering teams in the implementation process, identify technical risks, and eliminate delivery obstacles.

• Utilize AI throughout the software delivery lifecycle to enhance design, productivity, documentation, testing, troubleshooting, and client outcomes.

• Advise clients on practical AI adoption methods.

• Mentor engineers through architectural direction, technical coaching, and design evaluations.

• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and technical training initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Data Engineering, or related consulting roles.

• Proven track record in designing and delivering enterprise Data & AI solutions into production within cloud environments.

• Demonstrated expertise in delivering AI solutions and utilizing modern AI technologies throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

• Strong consulting background with experience in leading technical discovery, solution architecture, and client-facing engagements.

• Practical experience with technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, Google BigQuery, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.

• Proficient in programming languages and tools including Python, SQL, Java and/or Scala, Spark, Kafka, Airflow, dbt, Fivetran, Matillion, or similar technologies.

• Familiarity with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, observability, and monitoring practices.

• Experience integrating AI using enterprise platforms and frameworks such as Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Snowflake Cortex AI, AWS Bedrock, LangChain, or LangGraph.

• Comfortable working in distributed, global teams and collaborating across different time zones.
