This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Acts as the subject matter expert in critical domains such as: 5x4 (Collab, Customer Experience, Security, Data Center, Enterprise Networking), (Cloud, Managed Services, Professional Services, Maintenance)

• Collaborates with Business and IT Leaders to assess customer needs, challenges, and interests to create a strategy that aligns with business goals

• Offers solution consulting, technical architecture, and sales support for account opportunities

• Conducts live demonstrations for customers and sales teams

• Develops and upholds technical expertise and relevant certifications for all core products and solution areas

• Facilitates Strategic Road-mapping Sessions with customers

• Engages in User Groups and Conferences as necessary

• May produce content for the public domain related to their area of expertise (Social Media, LinkedIn, White Papers, etc.)

• Stays updated on industry developments, participates in organizations associated with SME products and services, and consistently seeks to enhance techniques and sales knowledge

• Delivers timely and precise outputs to customers, including statements of work and product architectures

• Contributes to Solution Deliverables under the guidance of the Solution Architect, which may involve: Discovery and Documentation of Business Requirements specific to their area of expertise, including ROI and TCO models

• Takes charge of 3rd Party Quotes and SOW language for their area of expertise

• Supplies relevant Statement of Work Language to Solution Architect resources and guidance on content flow

• Participates in Solution/Delivery Assurance and Services Handoff Meetings

• Maintains productive relationships with manufacturer technical peers

• Takes on the responsibility of being dedicated to Top Accounts or Top Account Managers as needed


⛳️ Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in Collaboration and Customer Experience

• Comprehensive and general knowledge of Collaboration, Customer Experience, and Infrastructure

• Strong proficiency in Cisco Collab, Avaya Collab, Microsoft, and other Collaboration/Customer Experience solutions

• Subject matter expertise in SIP and Cloud-based Services and architectures

• Must possess a solid understanding of the collaboration industry and associated protocols, including SIP, H.323, WebRTC, firewall traversals, and VoIP

• Familiarity with ancillary technologies that support IP-based collaboration: firewalls, routers, MPLS networks, media relays, reverse proxies, etc.

• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint

• Exceptional presentation capabilities

• Outstanding customer-facing skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills

• Certifications or equivalent experience in the relevant area

• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, resulting in accurate solution architecture for clients

• Capable of managing multiple concurrent work assignments

• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels, including executives, within customers and partners, bridging the gap between business users and information technology

• Experienced in working in a virtual office environment
