This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Collaborate with Account Executives as the main technical advisor throughout the sales journey, from initial discovery to technical validation and closing deals.
• Facilitate technical discovery sessions that address customer environments, security challenges, business priorities, integration needs, and success criteria.
• Create scalable solution architectures that align with customer security workflows, operational requirements, and enterprise standards.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, workshops, and briefings for executives.
• Organize and lead proof-of-value initiatives, which include defining the scope, establishing success criteria, executing plans, troubleshooting, and presenting results.
• Advise customers on planning deployments, utilizing APIs, integrations, data flows, authentication, and best practices for technical adoption.
• Address technical sections of RFPs, RFIs, security questionnaires, and enterprise due diligence inquiries.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams regarding customer requirements, competitive insights, and product feedback.
• Create reusable technical resources, such as reference architectures, demo environments, implementation guidance, and enabling materials.
• Represent Bolster at customer events, webinars, conferences, and industry forums as a technical subject matter expert.
• Provide mentorship to the broader Solutions Engineering organization.
• Shape product strategy through insights garnered from market and customer interactions.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
• Over 10 years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, Security Engineering, Consulting, or a comparable customer-facing technical position.
• Proven track record in supporting enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity solutions in intricate customer environments.
• Extensive knowledge of digital risk protection, phishing, brand impersonation, threat intelligence, external attack surface management, or similar security fields.
• Capacity to translate technical capabilities into business value and effectively communicate with both technical and executive audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple customer engagements and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong teamwork skills across Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams.
• Must possess authorization to work in the United States.
