Senior Solutions Architect – AI Infrastructure, Enterprise ISVs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) on exploration, architectural evaluations, technical in-depth analyses, proof of concepts (POCs), benchmarks, demonstrations, and guidance for production deployment.

• Provide expert advice on the design, development, and enhancement of accelerated AI infrastructure, which includes large-scale clusters.

• Assist in the design of infrastructure across various domains such as computing, networking, storage, containers, observability, security, power management, and data center operations.

• Promote the use of systems monitoring, telemetry, and management tools to enhance cluster utilization, reliability, performance, and workload visibility.

• Create standardized reference architectures, deployment manuals, sizing recommendations, benchmark documentation, technical playbooks, demos, and whitepapers.

• Travel may be required for customer meetings, with up to 20% expected.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, another Engineering discipline, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Over 8 years of practical experience in AI infrastructure, accelerated computing, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, high-performance computing, or machine learning platforms.

• Extensive experience in designing, deploying, and managing accelerated computing infrastructure at scale.

• Comprehensive understanding of AI cluster orchestration, scheduling, automation, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

• Knowledge of data center networking technologies such as InfiniBand, Ethernet, RDMA, and experience with network configuration or performance optimization.

• Familiarity with infrastructure needs for AI workloads, including distributed training, inference serving, model deployment, storage performance, and cluster reliability.

• Exceptional skills in presentation, communication, problem-solving, documentation, and teamwork.
