Senior Solutions Architect – AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead the technical lifecycle for key accounts, ensuring comprehensive adoption of the Cloudera Data Services platform and achieving business objectives.

• Design, implement, and manage production-ready data architectures and AI/ML frameworks for high-volume, mission-critical tasks.

• Connect AI theory with production by executing MLOps workflows, integrating LLMs, and deploying Agentic AI in complex live settings.

• Provide expert troubleshooting for intricate technical challenges while advising customer teams on best practices.

• Serve as a link between field operations and the lab, transforming real-world production issues into actionable insights for Cloudera’s Engineering and Product teams.

• Represent Cloudera as a thought leader by sharing advanced architectural perspectives through blogs, industry events, and internal knowledge bases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of experience in technical solutions architecture, with a proven history of delivering enterprise-scale systems.

• More than 7 years of practical expertise with Kubernetes (OpenShift, Rancher, or Docker) in high-availability production settings.

• Extensive experience in operationalizing AI/ML solutions, such as MLOps, Deep Learning, and Generative AI (LangChain, HuggingFace, CrewAI).

• Expert knowledge of Linux/RHEL and major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including GPU-accelerated computing (NVIDIA).

• Strong skills in Python, Go, or Java for developing utilities and automating data services.

• Profound understanding of the technical and regulatory landscape in Financial Services, Retail, or Public Sectors.

• Outstanding communication abilities, capable of leading architectural reviews for both technical engineers and senior executive stakeholders.
