📋 Description

• Formulate customer engagement strategies in collaboration with Account Executive(s) within your assigned territory.

• Mentor junior Solutions Architects and teams on prioritizing use cases and cultivating technical advocates.

• Engage and influence stakeholders across all levels through intricate engagements, generating enthusiasm for the Databricks vision and solution strategy.

• Serve as a 'champion' for both clients and colleagues, functioning as a knowledgeable solution architect.

• Enhance Databricks' technical community involvement by creating customer-facing materials and facilitating workshops, seminars, and meet-ups.

• Opportunity to advance your development in one of four tracks: technical specialization, industry vertical thought leadership, strategic customer vision, and people management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of customer-facing technical experience.

• Proficient in engaging in complex customer interactions and navigating the sales lifecycle from a technical pre-sales perspective.

• Capability to affect decision-makers and C-level executives by building relationships and coordinating teams to ensure long-term customer success.

• Previous experience with coding in a primary programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Scala) and a willingness to learn a foundational level of Spark.

• Practical expertise with intricate proofs-of-concept and public cloud platforms.

• Ability to deliver technical solutions tailored to specialized customer needs and to navigate a competitive market landscape.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% as required.
