This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Lead professional services projects with some of the largest companies globally, serving as the design face (Solution Manager) to ensure continuity across platform functions and various solution architects.
• Responsible for the overall design of customer implementations, advocating for industry and technology best practices.
• Collaborate with Coupa Engagement Manager project managers to provide design leadership and accountability in our approach to customer success.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders from customer organizations.
• Drive key decision-making processes and prepare materials to support project progress and deliverables.
• Mentor and develop talent, both in project settings and beyond, to meet consulting expectations and ensure the right skill mix for customer success.
• Expand and deepen your understanding of Coupa and the source-to-pay process to communicate effectively and clearly.
• Work alongside documentation and product management teams to share insights and enhance content and product development.
• Engage customers in meaningful discussions about their business needs rather than focusing solely on feature/function basics.
• Adhere to and promote the Coupa implementation methodology to ensure customers follow best practices.
• Operate effectively in both individual and team settings, whether on-site or off-site with customers.
• Proven experience managing a professional services team or consulting projects.
• Over 7 years of experience in a consultative, project-oriented environment, either internally or with a consulting firm.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong focus on team success along with a commitment to customer success.
• Extensive experience with Coupa products and the source-to-pay process.
• Familiarity with Project Management principles that support software implementations and customer transformations.
• Proficient in addressing challenging or complex business problems, simplifying issues, establishing decision frameworks, and guiding a team towards recommended solutions.
• Exceptional client management skills, capable of collaborating with customers to execute an implementation plan that ensures a swift and successful go-live.
• Previous senior consulting experience with competing applications such as Ariba, Ivalua, Jaggaer, or GEP is highly beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in configuring and delivering software demonstrations is essential.
• Proficient in developing workshop plans tailored to project scopes, preparing materials, and facilitating workshops to achieve targeted outcomes.
