This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implements Netwrix software within secure customer environments.
• Serves as a trusted advisor, utilizing technical expertise to ensure successful deployments.
• Plans, designs, executes, and documents custom integrations and enhancements.
• Acquires, maintains, and expands expertise in Netwrix’s software and the wide range of platforms it protects.
• Represents Netwrix’s values as an ambassador to customers and prospects, ensuring successful project delivery through Netwrix’s Deployment Methodology.
• Manages projects of varying sizes and complexities simultaneously, sometimes as part of a small delivery team and at other times with relative independence.
• Keeps project stakeholders well-informed of agendas, progress, and results.
• Values organization, is team-oriented and self-driven, displaying a positive attitude and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks based on deadlines and urgency/impact.
• Thrives on the challenge of planning, designing, building, executing, and performing knowledge transfer on custom reports, workflows, and integrations that enhance the software's value for Netwrix’s customers.
• Remains updated on advancements in artificial intelligence and seeks practical opportunities to integrate AI technologies into professional services delivery to improve customer outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Provides constructive feedback to the Netwrix product team, including feature suggestions to enhance user experience, qualified problem tickets related to field issues, and insights during training and other retrospective opportunities.
• B.A/B.S. and/or equivalent experience in software implementation.
• Strong understanding of Windows OS, Active Directory, and SQL.
• Experience with logic/scripting/programming, particularly in PowerShell.
• Expert knowledge of SharePoint, File Systems, LDAP-based directories, network protocols, and cloud-based applications and environments.
• Experience in designing and implementing solutions for clients’ Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) and Identity Threat Detection & Response (ITDR) challenges; familiarity with Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity Management solutions is a plus.
• Privacy and security enthusiast with experience in data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and optionally holds industry certifications (CISSP, CISM, MCSA, CompTIA).
• Experience in building and applying AI/ML-powered solutions to enhance technical implementations and client engagement.
