Senior Solution Engineer – Retail, Supply Chain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to comprehend their business requirements and challenges in the retail and/or manufacturing sectors, while identifying opportunities for AI to deliver transformative value.

• Facilitate essential components of scoping workshops, such as process and systems mapping, value calculations, case studies, and technical overviews of applications and their generated value.

• Conduct high-quality, narrative-driven, and technical demonstrations of our comprehensive platform and applications.

• Assist in shaping enterprise architecture considerations when developing proposals for technical stakeholders like CIOs and CDOs.

• Develop technical scoping documents that detail the scope of work, delivery schedule, configurations, and delivery plan.

• Research and remain informed about the latest advancements in agentic AI technologies and best practices, offering recommendations on their application to our clients' needs, and positioning yourself as a thought leader in the AI domain both online and in person.

• Communicate efficiently with clients and team members, including presenting commercial and technical information clearly and concisely.

• Act as a vital 'voice of the customer', providing feedback and insights for our ongoing product and go-to-market evolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in AI Solution Engineering within mid-market and enterprise businesses.

• Background in data analytics, digital or SaaS enterprises, or the retail or manufacturing sectors.

• Experience collaborating cross-functionally to bring products to market and influence sales strategy.

• Proven experience in facilitating discovery workshops and product demonstrations.

• Demonstrated ability to guide clients through complex transformation and change management initiatives.

• Experience working within retail and supply chain environments.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, growing AI business.
