This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Collaborate with META sales executives to understand customer needs, develop technical strategies, and showcase SimSpace’s value through customized demonstrations, technical consultation, and outcome-driven discovery.
• Drive technical sales processes throughout the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa, encompassing discovery, solution mapping, pilot planning, evaluation design, success criteria definition, and technical closing support.
• Guide technical sales processes in Europe, including discovery, solution mapping, pilot planning, evaluation design, success criteria definition, and technical closing support.
• Convert SimSpace capabilities into customer-specific outcomes related to national cyber readiness, sovereign cyber range modernization, adversary emulation, detection engineering, AI security testing, security tool validation, OT/ICS security, and team training.
• Establish credibility with stakeholders in government, defense, energy, oil and gas, financial services, telecommunications, aviation, and critical infrastructure by understanding their operational environments, security priorities, and procurement practices.
• Collaborate directly with regional resellers, system integrators, MSSPs, consulting partners, and strategic channel partners to facilitate joint opportunities, partner enablement, customer demonstrations, and go-to-market strategies.
• Create and present engaging technical demonstrations that illustrate how SimSpace can replicate realistic enterprise, cloud, OT, IT, and hybrid environments for training, testing, validation, and operational readiness.
• Assist in RFI/RFP responses by developing persuasive technical narratives, solution architectures, capability mappings, and value-based responses tailored to the needs of META customers.
• Act as a regional thought leader by participating in webinars, conferences, executive briefings, partner events, and customer-facing content focused on cyber ranges, AI-driven security, adversary emulation, national cyber resilience, and cyber readiness.
• Serve as a communication link between META customers, European customers, regional partners, SimSpace product teams, and professional services to ensure customer needs and market demands are accurately captured and conveyed.
• Facilitate renewals, expansions, and long-term customer success by guiding customers in understanding additional use cases, broader platform value, and pathways to operational maturity.
• At least 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity solution engineering, pre-sales, technical consulting, cyber range operations, security architecture, or related customer-facing technical positions.
• Strong knowledge of the META cybersecurity market, including regional buying trends, customer expectations, partner dynamics, and security priorities in the public/private sectors.
• General awareness of the European cybersecurity market, including regional buying patterns, customer expectations, partner dynamics, and security priorities in the public/private sectors.
• Proficient in business English and Arabic communication skills, capable of briefing senior executives, technical practitioners, and partner teams in a clear and credible manner.
• Knowledge of Turkish, French, or other regionally relevant languages is advantageous. Willingness to travel up to 25% across the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa, with the ability to travel efficiently for customer meetings, partner engagements, conferences, and regional events.
• Existing familiarity with META resellers, European resellers, system integrators, MSSPs, consulting, and channel partner communities.
• Ability to effectively engage across cultural boundaries and connect with customers in a regionally appropriate, trusted, and commercially mature manner.
• Technical comprehension of AI agent operations, cybersecurity operations, security tools, threat intelligence, adversary emulation, detection engineering, incident response, cloud security, enterprise architecture, and/or OT/ICS security.
• Demonstrated ability to define measurable success criteria and lead technical evaluations, pilots, proof-of-concept initiatives, or enterprise platform demonstrations.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and mission-driven, with a strong desire to assist customers in enhancing their cyber resilience against advanced threats.
• Base salary range: $135,000 - $190,000 reflecting our confidence in your expertise and impact, with the potential for commission linked to company performance and individual contributions.
