Senior Solution Engineer, Media & Entertainment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Convey the Snowflake technology and its vision to both executives and technical stakeholders at potential clients and existing customers.

• Engage directly with prospects and clients to showcase and articulate the advantages of Snowflake technology throughout the sales process.

• Immerse yourself in the rapidly changing industry landscape, keeping a comprehensive understanding of competing and complementary technologies and vendors.

• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams to enhance Snowflake’s offerings and marketing strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7-8 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in a pre-sales role.

• Exceptional presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences.

• Over 5 years of experience in building and deploying machine learning and generative AI solutions in a cloud environment.

• A wide-ranging background in large-scale Database and/or Data Warehouse technology, ETL processes, analytics, and cloud technologies.

• Practical expertise in SQL, SQL analytics, and Python programming.

• Capability to align a customer's specific business challenges with Snowflake’s solutions.

• Proficiency in conducting in-depth analyses of customer architecture frameworks and correlating them with Snowflake Data Architecture.

• A university degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields, or equivalent experience is preferred.

• Experience with Global System Integrators (GSIs) such as EY, Deloitte, Accenture, etc., is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.
