Senior Solution Engineer – Majors

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with enterprise clients to enhance their DevSecOps strategies, ensuring they make the most of the JFrog platform to efficiently manage, accelerate, and secure their software delivery pipelines.

• Work closely with our sales, product, customer success, and engineering teams to achieve technical victories and assist customers in realizing the full value of the JFrog solution through effective adoption.

• Engage with stakeholders and cultivate champions by articulating the business impact of our solutions, showcasing measurable results that enable clients to make informed decisions for sustainable success.

• Conduct technical training sessions for our community and customers, imparting DevSecOps best practices and showcasing the robust capabilities of the JFrog platform.

• Represent JFrog at prominent industry events and conferences, sharing insights and enthusiasm while networking with technology leaders across the ecosystem.

• Act as a strategic advocate for enterprise customers, playing a crucial role in influencing and shaping the JFrog product roadmap.

• Continuously enhance your expertise in DevSecOps, MLOps, and the ever-evolving technology landscape to deliver cutting-edge insights and innovation to our clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role (familiarity with MEDDPICC/MEDDIC preferred).

• Demonstrated experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI Server, Git, Artifactory, and build tools.

• Practical experience in building pipelines using DevOps tools.

• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, including AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Extensive knowledge and understanding of APIs.

• Experience with large-scale software development, both on-premises and in the cloud.

• Background in software architecture design and product development is a plus.

• Customer service-focused with a proactive attitude and an unwavering desire to learn.
