Senior Solution Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Account Executives to identify and understand customer challenges, creating high-impact technical solutions that highlight the ROI of Netomi’s platform.

• Design and implement agentic workflows that combine generative AI with APIs, databases, and enterprise tools to enhance experiences for our customers' end users.

• Create tailored demonstrations, prototypes, and proofs of concept using the Netomi platform, specifically designed to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Develop, test, and optimize prompts and AI orchestration chains to improve performance, reasoning, and reliability across a variety of use cases.

• Effectively communicate intricate technical concepts in a clear and persuasive manner to audiences, ranging from C-level executives to hands-on engineers.

• Work alongside product and engineering teams, providing insights from customer interactions to shape roadmap priorities.

• Document and present solution designs, workflows, and technical configurations for both internal use and client-facing references.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in a customer-facing role within sales engineering or solutions engineering, preferably in AI, automation, or enterprise SaaS.

• Practical experience with AI prompt design, workflow orchestration, and the integration of REST APIs, webhooks, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Proficient in JavaScript, Python, or similar scripting languages for creating integrations and automation logic.

• Demonstrated ability to design and convey comprehensive technical solutions that align AI capabilities with business objectives.

• Solid understanding of enterprise software ecosystems and data flow patterns.

• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of collaboration among technical and non-technical teams.
