This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Aims to comprehend the business initiatives of Wolters Kluwer, Wolters Kluwer CP&ESG, and TeamMate.
• Investigates and understands the alignment of TeamMate offerings with the current and future needs of prospects/clients.
• Listens attentively to the challenges faced by prospects/clients, breaking down the issues into manageable components.
• Clearly demonstrates how TeamMate software solutions can resolve client challenges, emphasizing the adaptability of TeamMate to their preferred methodologies and business requirements.
• Recognizes risks, assesses their implications, and consults with clients to develop mitigation strategies related to the deployment of TeamMate product offerings.
• Remains updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and other pertinent internal audit information/best practices, understanding their implications for clients.
• Proposes enhancements to presales materials and processes.
• Shares knowledge and experience to support fellow team members.
• Collaborates effectively with others to achieve corporate, departmental, and project goals and objectives.

• Actively engages in meetings with managers, teams, and departments.
• Provides activity reports as specified by management.
• Engages professionally and effectively with client personnel.
• Performs additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
• High proficiency (native or business level) in Spanish and English, with additional foreign languages being a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years in Advisory and 1 year in Internal Audit/Risk within leading enterprise or consulting firms.
• TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Willingness to travel across the USA, Canada, Latin America, and South America, estimated at around 25%, which includes visiting prospect and/or client locations, attending sales meetings, industry conferences, and relevant training sessions.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in a Pre-Sales role marketing complex enterprise B2B software solutions or a similar consultative sales position.
• Background as either a consultant or administrator/super user of intricate B2B software solutions, preferably in the audit or GRC domain.
• Capable of understanding complex business requirements and applying solutions to meet these needs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to independently tackle complex analytical issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient presentation skills with experience presenting to diverse audiences, both virtually and in person.
• High level of competency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook.
