This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Configure and deploy the Kinaxis Maestro product according to customer business needs, ensuring high-quality solution configurations that align with user stories and are completed within project timelines.
• Convert business needs into Kinaxis Maestro product specifications, adhering to Supply Chain Industry trends and best practices.
• Transform complex supply chain issues into analytical/mathematical models (e.g., optimization, heuristics, constraint-based logic) and integrate them into Maestro solutions.
• Collaborate in small POD teams with domain experts and stakeholders to quickly comprehend challenges and deliver effective solutions.
• Assist in the development and enhancement of inventory management modules to optimize service levels, working capital, and system efficiency, utilizing optimization techniques and data-driven decision frameworks.
• Aid in creating Production Planning workflows that reconcile capacity, lead times, and demand variability, incorporating constraint-based and optimization-driven logic.
• Design and create sophisticated algorithmic logic (e.g., allocation, prioritization, capacity balancing) using Maestro scripting and embedded algorithms.
• Support Quality Control/Quality Assurance validation and testing of solutions.
• Provide suggestions for improving future workflows and implementations.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of the Kinaxis Maestro solution with system capabilities.
• Work with stakeholders to identify objective functions, constraints, and trade-offs (cost vs. service, inventory vs. capacity) and translate these into system logic.
• Convert business requirements into system configurations, dashboards, and workflows.
• Engage in early innovator programs focusing on guiding and training end users on the configuration of the Maestro solution in relation to their business needs, emphasizing immediate value from their investment.
• Provide ongoing support to the customer during the early innovator program to ensure comprehension of the solution and its integration into their supply chain management goals and practices.
• Conduct data-driven analyses to identify enhancements and recommend improvements to the project team for increasing the solution's effectiveness.
• Continually seek opportunities to standardize and improve Maestro resources using reusable OR-based solution patterns.
• Exhibit high ownership and a proactive approach, driving initiatives forward without waiting for complete clarity.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong background in Operations Research/optimization techniques (Linear Programming, heuristics, constraint-based modeling) is highly desirable.
• Capability to convert mathematical/analytical outputs into actionable business insights for stakeholders.
• Enthusiasm for customer-facing roles with demonstrated strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies for system implementation.
• Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into entity relationship diagram logic.
• Understanding of the software deployment life cycle, including business requirements definition, review of functional specifications, development of test plans, testing, user training, and deployment.

• Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, capable of synthesizing a large amount of complex information to determine the best course of action.
