Senior Solution Consultant, ITSM, German Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with colleagues in Advisory Services to ensure alignment on strategic outcomes.

• Work alongside customers to address their business challenges effectively.

• Identify and advocate for opportunities related to service and product expansion.

• Develop deep expertise in industry trends and solutions.

• Produce technical solution content and provide prescriptive guidance.

• Collaborate with teams that do not interact with customers throughout Atlassian.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in SaaS companies.

• 5+ years in customer-facing roles, engaging with and influencing customer stakeholders.

• Proven expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM).

• Familiarity with leading products in the ITSM sector and within the Atlassian ecosystem.

• Experience in IT operations roles.

• Proficient in English, with the ability to use German as a second language for business communication.
