Senior Solution Consultant – HCM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Conducting impactful technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars for prospective clients and customers in higher education.

• Developing comprehensive design and implementation specifications for advanced HCM products, applications, and solutions.

• Supporting the closure of sales opportunities by showcasing a thorough understanding of our solutions, services, and training while addressing any inquiries.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in software solution consulting or value-driven sales experience.

• At least 5 years of experience in working with and/or selling HCM systems, such as Workday, UKG, Oracle, etc.
