This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Effectively communicate and illustrate the capabilities of Workday's applications to both prospects and clients.

• Highlight the benefits and value of Workday solutions.

• Demonstrate how the future of work can be revolutionized.

• Collaborate closely with our sales team.

• Offer expertise in Human Resources, deliver Executive presentations, and conduct Workday HR product demonstrations in partnership with our sales team throughout the sales cycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience with fundamental Human Resource concepts.

• More than 5 years of experience in Human Resources specifically within the Technology and Media sectors.

• At least 5 years of experience in a solution consulting and/or implementation capacity.

• Capable of working under pressure and managing multiple projects independently, as well as collaborating cross-functionally.

• Exceptional and engaging presentation and communication abilities.

• Experience in value-based selling methodologies.

• Excellent professional discovery, presentation, communication, and persuasion skills, particularly with C-Level Executives.

• Proven experience in presenting cloud-based solutions to both functional and technical audiences.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent professional experience.
