Senior Solution Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to grasp their strategic business and financial challenges.

• Effectively convey how Unit4’s solutions facilitate measurable, value-driven outcomes.

• Conduct comprehensive discovery and value-oriented discussions with clients.

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, including CFOs and finance leadership teams.

• Assist in linking business strategy, financial governance, and transformation goals to sustainable value creation.

• Contribute to executive-level presentations, solution workshops, and demonstrations focused on value.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a solid academic background in Economics, Industrial Engineering and Management, Industrial Economics, or a related area.

• Have several years of senior-level professional experience in positions such as Controller, Finance Manager, Financial Analyst, or similar, with extensive exposure to financial governance, business processes, systems, and executive stakeholders.

• Be comfortable engaging in strategic, value-oriented discussions with senior decision-makers, including CFOs and finance leadership, and capable of translating complex business challenges into straightforward, outcome-driven solutions.

• Have a proven track record in leading impactful solution workshops, executive presentations, and demonstrations, with a strong emphasis on business value and long-term customer success.

• Be enthusiastic about solutions and value creation, acting as a trusted partner to Account Executives, influencing deal strategy, challenging assumptions, and clearly articulating the value of Unit4’s premier solutions.

• Work effectively both independently and collaboratively, taking ownership at a senior level while contributing to a broader, cross-functional go-to-market team.

• Communicate with impact and credibility, and be fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
