This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Confidently engage potential customers and partners while establishing trust and ensuring an exceptional customer experience with minimal oversight.
• Work closely with Sales, Alliances, Marketing, and Partners to facilitate strategic initiatives, customer interactions, webinars, executive presentations, industry events, and prospect meetings.
• Serve as a reliable resource and mentor for Sales Consultants, Sales Development, and Sales Representatives, fostering knowledge sharing and ongoing team enhancement.
• Convert complex customer challenges into persuasive solution narratives and proof-of-concepts that appeal to both business and technical audiences.
• Develop and present high-quality OneStream demonstrations that highlight business outcomes, innovation, advanced features, and future directions — beyond mere functionalities.
• Determine the optimal solutions for customer requirements and clearly communicate OneStream’s comprehensive value proposition and strategic significance.
• Provide clear and convincing presentations that simplify complexities, promote stakeholder alignment, and create unforgettable customer experiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Over 6 years of experience in the CPM industry in technical presales, consulting, or similar positions.
• Technical proficiency with CPM tools (OneStream or comparable).
• A solid background in Finance/Accounting and familiarity with business analysis and financial modeling.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities; capable of leading technical discussions with confidence.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly assess customer landscapes and identify relevant use cases for potential clients.
• Experience in guiding customers through the evaluation of CPM solutions (or similar offerings).
