This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
• Collaborate with Sales and clients to develop AI-driven customer experience strategies and solutions.
• Manage the complete technical sales processes for specific accounts to aid in acquiring new customers.
• Promote Genesys Cloud as a platform for experience orchestration.
• Provide and support captivating proofs of value, including videos, demonstrations, workshops, and pilot programs.
• Leverage knowledge in cloud services, APIs, data transformation, prompt engineering, and AI agents to design and recommend system architectures.
• Identify and assist in articulating AI workflows such as self-service, agent assistance, personalization, and analytics.
• Help develop business cases linked to return on investment and operational efficiency.
• Contribute technical expertise to support RFx processes.
• Proficiency in AI with a portfolio to demonstrate expertise.
• Background in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or solutions architecture.
• Strong interest or experience in customer experience (CX), contact center as a service (CCaaS), and AI workflows.
• Proven understanding of cloud architectures, APIs, and integrations.
• Capability to convert technical concepts into business value.
• Experience or willingness to engage with enterprise customers and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
