This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Create and present engaging, narrative-driven product demonstrations that highlight Contentsquare's value across web, mobile, and application experiences.
• Facilitate discovery meetings and in-depth technical discussions, utilizing frameworks such as Command of the Message and MEDDPICC to identify and address prospect challenges.
• Manage and implement Proof of Value (PoV) initiatives that focus on business impact, delivering insights, and achieving swift value realization.
• Collaborate daily with Account Executives, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth and value-oriented purchasing experience.
• Provide counsel to clients on their digital experience strategies, including behavioral analytics, content optimization, and conversion insights.
• Interact with technical stakeholders regarding architecture, SDK deployment, tag governance, data strategy, and best practices for integration.
• Define and oversee platform evaluations, assisting prospects in linking behavioral data to business outcomes.
• Keep informed on industry trends and product developments to serve as a reliable domain expert both internally and externally.
• Communicate product feedback and emerging field requirements to Product and Engineering teams to shape the roadmap.
• Act as a mentor and thought leader within the SC team, sharing best practices, engaging in training, and enhancing the overall skill set.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise SaaS, including at least 3 years in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales roles.
• Proven expertise in analytics, digital experience platforms, or related MarTech/UX technologies.
• Strong technical knowledge of web and app technologies (HTML, JS, APIs, SDKs, Tag Management, mobile frameworks, etc.).
• Knowledge of data collection methods, privacy regulations, and integration architectures.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities—skilled at simplifying complex concepts for both technical and executive audiences.
• Experience with structured sales methodologies such as Command of the Message and MEDDPICC.
• Availability to travel up to 30% based on client and field requirements.
