Senior Solution Architect - PubSec - SLED, NGO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Act as a trusted advisor for the client.

• Identify and spearhead critical internal initiatives to expand the consulting practice.

• Assist clients and colleagues in evaluating and implementing new technologies.

• Collaborate effectively and possess exceptional communication skills.

• Recognize and proactively manage risk areas.

• Manage customer expectations and negotiate effective solutions.

• Review and adjust project/program direction as needed.

• Propel a program vision while providing guidance on project strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of demonstrated experience in enterprise-level projects utilizing both waterfall and agile software development methodologies.

• Extensive background in configuration and customization on the Salesforce platform.

• Expert-level experience in defining the system architecture landscape.

• Proven experience in leading discovery sessions, defining business requirements, writing user stories, and delivering detailed system and functional designs.

• Experience in outlining business processes and wireframing system designs.

• Practical technical experience with Service Cloud, OmniStudio, and Public Sector (PSS).

• Strong presentation capabilities.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Experience collaborating with clients in the Public Sector industry.

• Candidates must be U.S. citizens (either U.S. born or naturalized) and agree to undergo a U.S. federal government Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) for a Moderate Public Trust position.
