Senior Solution Architect – PubSec – FedCiv

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Act as a reliable advisor to the client.

• Identify and spearhead key internal initiatives aimed at expanding the consulting practice.

• Assist customers and team members in evaluating and implementing new technologies.

• Collaborate effectively while demonstrating exceptional communication skills, particularly in conveying complex concepts.

• Recognize and proactively manage risk areas, ensuring that issues are fully resolved.

• Manage customer expectations and negotiate solutions to complex challenges.

• Review and refine project/program direction, methodologies, and key deliverables to maintain program alignment.

• Champion a program vision while providing guidance and articulating program/project strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of demonstrated experience in enterprise-level projects utilizing both waterfall and agile software development methodologies.

• Significant experience with configuration and customization on the Salesforce platform.

• Expertise in defining the system architecture landscape and identifying gaps between the current and desired end states.

• Proven experience in leading discovery sessions, defining business requirements, crafting user stories, and delivering comprehensive system and functional designs.

• Proficient in detailing business processes and wireframing system designs using tools such as process flow diagrams, UML, and sequence diagrams.

• Practical technical experience with Service Cloud, OmniStudio, and Public Sector Solutions (PSS).

• Exceptional presentation skills; capable of effectively conveying a perspective.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience collaborating with clients in the Public Sector industry.

• Familiarity with Salesforce GovCloud or GovCloud Plus.

• The candidate must be a U.S. citizen (either U.S. born or naturalized) and agrees to undergo a U.S. federal government Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) for a Moderate Public Trust position.
