Senior Solution Architect – PubSec

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver consistent architectural guidance across extensive and intricate projects.

• Collaborate with executive leaders and delivery teams to jointly develop and implement solution visions.

• Act as a proactive advisor, leveraging Salesforce platform expertise, industry insight, and consulting skills.

• Lead architectural strategy from the initial design phase through to execution.

• Ensure that mission-critical initiatives are structured to achieve measurable results.

• Take responsibility for architectural integrity, executive alignment, and enhancing solution quality.

• Manage client expectations and negotiate solutions for complex challenges.

• Evaluate and adjust project/program direction, strategies, and essential artifacts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of pertinent experience in enterprise architecture or consulting on the Salesforce Platform throughout its entire lifecycle, demonstrating consistent success.

• Must possess an active Secret, TS, or TS/SCI clearance.

• Deep expertise in Salesforce configuration and architectural strategy.

• Proven experience leading discovery sessions, defining business requirements, composing user stories, and delivering comprehensive system and functional designs.

• Skilled in documenting business processes and wireframing system designs.

• Excellent presentation abilities; capable of effectively conveying viewpoints and clearly explaining the rationale.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
