Senior Solution Architect – Oracle HCM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• The Senior Solution Architect - Oracle HCM is a high-level, short-term contract role focused on special projects aimed at enhancing system functionality, automating business processes, and boosting operational efficiency via Oracle Fusion Cloud.

• This position augments internal ERP support by delivering advanced Oracle HCM and Benefits expertise for intricate projects, optimization efforts, and specialized technical-functional solution design.

• Reporting to the HR Systems & Analytics Manager, the contractor will work closely with the internal ERP team to create sustainable documentation that ensures technical feasibility, long-term maintainability, quarterly releases, and future regulatory or compliance-related changes.

• This temporary position is anticipated to last between six to nine months.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be taken into account.

• A minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience with Oracle HCM systems, encompassing senior-level functional leadership, solution design, and system optimization.

• Expert-level proficiency with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, particularly in Benefits configuration, troubleshooting, administration, and process enhancement.

• Experience with SQL and PL/SQL for analysis, troubleshooting, validation, and resolving system-related issues.

• Familiarity with Oracle HCM SOAP and REST APIs, including automation use cases related to HCM Data Loader (HDL), Benefits Extracts, and associated data movement processes.

• A valid driver's license is required.
